I trained at The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto, with further studies in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark and Thai Yoga Massage with Navina. This background allows me to guide you with experience and compassion, helping you move with confidence, calm your mind, and feel supported every step of the way.
I offer private sessions in Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, and Vaughan, creating practices that are safe, accessible, and deeply personal — challenging you when you’re ready, softening when you need it, and always leaving you more grounded and connected.
